For some reason I thought you could migrate your profile between instances. Oh well. Fuck world. I just kinda got plopped here because I use Sync mainly - ready to move now though.
In settings there’s an import and export button. I will post a link or something here if I find one.

Export your instances list and blocklist. Then in your new account you can import them again.

You can just use the import/export settings feature in the account settings
There’s a tool somewhere that lets you download your subscriptions then apply them to the new account, but no migration.
It’s not a tool, it’s a feature in the settings
