    I’d bet they’re pretty average. I’ve recently fallen into a routine of

    • sitting at home to have breakfast
    • sit in car to drive to work
    • sit down at work
    • sit down in car to drive home
    • sit down on couch until bedtime
    • lay down to sleep
    • being so exhausted by the weekend I just want to sit around the house on the weekend and recharge
    • repeat ad infinitum

    I don’t think it’s too far fetched that a bunch of people also do this, and adding 3 miles of walking to their routine would make a marked difference.
