    Dynamic island is the perfect example of how great Apple’s marketing can be. An essentially useless feature that was hyped up by nearly everyone.

      That’s weird I use it all day every day.

      It’s an extremely useful feature.

      *also after finishing the article, what a wasted piece of words from The Verge, absolutely dogshit article.

        Is it though? It doesn’t offer anything over typical notification panel features.

          Well, at least for me it’s far more useful than those things. For example, even now it’s got my current weather (raining, grab an umbrella!), and right next to that the Now Playing feature for my appletv.

          Tapping either of these offers me the quickest access possible, and tap and holding gives me extra information or in the case of the tv, remote features.

          It’s super handy and those are just two things!
