Those TeamGroup NVMe drives are trash. I had issues with two that I bought recently (both from different batches), one is completely unresponsive after less than 3 days worth of power on time in 3 months, approx 2 TBW, and will no longer be detected using any of my hardware. I even purchased an external case to use it through USB-C and same deal. The other one, sitting at 6 days worth of power on time and 3.5 TBW still works, but the r/w speeds are now that of a standard platter HDD. It seemed slow and I thought it was a limitation of the server so I tested moving an assortment of large 2-40GB files to it from a WD NVMe in another PC, and same thing, 100-175MB/s transfer. Same files moving between the WD and a Samsung 970, top out the speeds around what those drives are advertised to max out at.

I tried to warranty, but after several hours, and teamgroup telling me to deal with the retailer, the retailer telling me to deal with teamgroup, back and forth… a shipping estimate not much less than a new drive, I pretty much gave up and cut my losses.
