Hi y’all.
I have been doing great at not drinking but not great at not smoking weed. It’s making me really lazy and anti social and i know i’m better off without it so i’m quitting again dangit.
have done very well with eating clean and getting exercises in. My butt is growing and i couldn’t be happier about this.
Have not cut down screen time and done projects mostly cuz of the weed i think. I have been able to spend more of the screen time reading at least so tiny w i guess.
This next week i’m going to use less cannabis and less phone. More salad and more squats.
