    He was a child raped by an adult in a position of trust. He is a rape victim, because he could not provide free, informed consent.

            When he becomes an adult. Regardless of how he feels about the situation when he becomes an adult, it’s still rape.

              When does he become an adult? You can use numbers to be more specific instead of vague words like “child” and “adult.”

              I know plenty of people who society would consider adults, but they have the mentality of children. Should they be allowed to consent?
