The Supreme Court already endorsed a scenario where a president could legally send SEALs or something similar to assassinate anyone. As long as it’s “official” then it’s legal… that’s what they said.
It’s a really good thing for the world, probably, that I’ll never be told I can order a few consequence free SEAL raids. That’s practically begging for “testing.” You know, “just to see if they’ll do it.”
