Why do you practice it? Working toward a goal? Or why dont you?

    I think it’s mostly depression for me. It’s somehow made my time preference extremely low, so I don’t spend money for “immediate satisfaction”. At the same time it allows (or forces) me to live without much food (~1-2 slices of bread/day). Saving me quite some money.

    Although time to time I have a thought to invest those money into something useful, I can’t because of lack of motivation. So it’s not a good/rational “non-consummerism”
