Have you ever thought about the practical aspect of removing billionaires? How exactly do you think it will happen? There are several methods and they’re all very difficult.

How do we get enough congressmen on board with a tax hike on billionaires? How do we do the tax itself? A tax on earnings or on wealth? Most billionaire earnings are not salary and most billionaire wealth is not cash. I could keep going for years but I want to see how you deal with just those problems, for starters.
