I paraphrased the stories and link to the originals.

Khan, HHH, Dunn, and Blum come out, Khan hypes and introduces McMahon. McMahon introduces his new boss Ari. Ari talks about wanting to be WWE’s agent 20 years ago, mentions his daughter works for WWE. They pushed the merger as an evolution of the company. All execs except for Vince stayed and talked with employees.

PWInsider Story 1

Employees were allegedly unhappy about Vince claiming the company had hit a plateau because business was great after he was kicked out and if it hadn’t been they would have let him back without him needing to force his way in and causing Stephanie to leave. Employees were sympathetic towards Stephanie and HHH.

Ari’s reference to getting his daughter hired was jokey or serious depending on who you ask. His daughter has actually been an employee for “some time.” Ari stayed and spoke with employees, as did the other execs, Vince left immediately though.

HHH did not speak from the stage. Vince was obviously still recovering, yes they served refreshments.

PWInsider Story 2
Vince used a cane to get up on the stage and to get to the podium. Vince played up he’s “Vince, Damnit” and then forced them to clap for him, “this is when you’re supposed to clap” and “you’re learning” when they clapped.

Everything was filmed by a WWE crew. Execs came out from behind an old RAW set.

Shit posting aside, this is not a good approach for management to take and/or allow one member to push.
