I mean, if you’re going more than halfway around the round about. I’d say that’s the best time to use it. To indicate you are going round and then you can just knock it to the other direction.
It makes much more sense to signal when you are leaving, so waiting cars can enter. Blinking when going in is redundant, where else are you gonna go?
