Some of it is (or at least used to be) Zoopla’s listings reposted for convenience - so I guess if you’ve spotted something on Facebook which looks good, check if the same thing is listed on Zoopla, which should at least mean it’s a real listing and not an outright scam.

Can still be a slum landlord though. They’ll appear anywhere they like.
