I’m looking to buy a laptop (portability is needed), and found some deals, among which the most I liked is this Dell G15 at. ~1200$.

Is this a good deal? I like how it looks, and the reviews say only battery is bad. But I hear Dell is not good unless it’s XPS. Should I buy it?

Other good deals I found, which one is the best?

Lenovo at ~1300… (Good package with good battery) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B09NP4W2PC/?psc=1

Acer at ~1000$ (this one is very good but battery is way worse) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0C5R13NGB/?psc=0

While I agree that I’d personally prioritize a large battery a lot more relative to weight and price than most manufacturers seem to, I’d also point out that one can get a USB-C powerstation to mitigate the effects of the internal battery, as long as the laptop can charge off USB-C and the powerstation can put out enough juice… It’s more-obnoxious than a built-in battery in that you’re going to have to carry an extra item and start it charging the laptop when the laptop gets low, but it’s an option.

OP says that portability is needed, but I don’t know whether that means that they don’t want a desktop, want a particularly light laptop, or don’t want to carry a USB-C powerstation.
