PS: as much as you want to cry about previous president and voting decisions: watch yourself. For Trump was this generation. You can cry all you want about how you didn’t vote him in but being compliant and not voting doesn’t undo it. Protesting has evolved. Protests of the past, of standing on a street corner with a sign, have repeatedly proved to be a waste of time. We have learned that you must protest with your wallet and by teaching the ignorant. No one responds positively or changes their mind on something because a rando on the street yells something at them and waves a sign in their face. Making a significant impact in the cultural zeitgeist requires a different approach. Like it or not, memes like the one in this post resonate with the younger generations. This is far more effective.

Correct that Protests are supposed to be about motivating everyone in your current situation on what to do.
What it is not: it is Not blaming and sitting back on your ass while someone does it for you.
So I disagree this post was motivating. This isn’t even a protest. This is whining at best. it’s non productive shaming at it’s worst.
