I personally don’t care a lot about games from Activision Blizzard but at what point is there some sort of governing body that steps in and stops Microsoft from just outright buying up the entire videogame industry?!
I mean, that’s what the CMA and others are for right? I personally think this deal is horrible for consumers, but I guess the relevant authorities have taken a look and decided it doesn’t (or shouldn’t) cause too much trouble.
There’s definitely a limit however, and I think Microsoft is inching towards that limit.
