    I know it’s a joke, but based on it taking about two minutes to read a HD floppy, that’s 88 hours of disk swapping. FreeDOS floppy edition fits onto 6; get that installed in quarter of an hour, and use it to start off a network install. Or just leave FreeDOS on there, and play Doom the way it was intended, yeah.

    Windows PE takes up a minimum of 512MB, which means the first 356 odd disks would be needed just to load the install environment. Can a UEFI bootloader even fit in 1.44MB?
