I’m not sure if this is something third party apps did previously, but there was a feature on the Reddit website itself that allowed you to create custom feeds. So I could categorise communities into say ‘videogames’, ‘music’ etc and view those specific feeds.

It would be especially handy to temporarily filter out for communities that have a high number of posts like 196@lemmy.blahaj.zone, as other communities tend to get lost when I’m looking at my normal subscribed feed.

    Multireddits they were called. I loved that feature and am really missing it here.
