obviously while counting calories, but the longer i delay eating it seems to help. just wish i could stop binging at night

    In my personal experience due to serious ADHD that made my hyperfocus on video games instead of eating, at some point, if you go regularly go hungry without actually starving yourself, you’ll just stop feeling hungry at all, and instead feel weak and woozy when you go a little too long (which is obviously also not good).

    Now that I’m an adult with a full time job though I end up stress eating to get through my 10 hour days so my ADHD “hack” isn’t universal, unfortunately.
