I had this same problem earlier where I couldn’t get the community to pop up either in search or when I put the direct address with the exclamation. Typing a reply with the community address and then clicking on the link worked and allowed me to subscribe from within the community. Not sure why subscribing or finding the community isn’t working otherwise.
