Nextcloud was looking promising but you can only type in text not scan with camera, open to suggestions. Thanks

Have you considered a USB/Bluetooth QR code scanner that would mimic a keyboard to enter the scanned codes into a nextcloud search bar?
Has to be mobile device not laptop
