Simple question, what are your top three biscuits. Mine are;
- Dark Chocolate Hob Nobs
- Custard Creams
- Biscotti
According to my partner, she has labelled me insane for my top choice, but also thinks I have major issues for including a paving slab in third place.
Biscotti? I’m not sure how to feel about that choice.
Mine are:
- Boubons
- Rich Tea Fingers
- I want to say party rings but I should choose something more adult. They are addictive though
You know, I’ve always thought that nothing can really beat some nice fluffy buttermilk biscuits with some sausage gravy .
Or freshly made chocolate chip, if you don’t want some Yank coming in here with stick-to-your-ribs delicious comfort foods. :D
But the gravy would ruin the tea when dunked :O

You could try dunking biscuits in a pie if you’re from Wigan? Or dunking a pie in your tea?

4. Shortbread (as one-quarter of my family tree is from Scotland and I like on the rare occasion I manage to visit Scotland)Shortbread is an odd one. I think the country is flooded with too much poor quality shortbread. For something that has so few ingredients, it’s surprising how these companies screw them up. But great shortbread is heavenly, and add lemon into the mixture, oh yes!
