I’m curious if there are more people like myself who frequently use the native timer on their apple watch.
Rest between sets
Cooking and working out (circuit training)
I use it for timers and used to use it to time my breaks.
Cooking ie poaching eggs and for grilling.
I use it as a reminder for parking too eg if I park on the street in a time controlled area.
I know timer is so useful for daily life, but after reading all comments, I’ve just realized it’s far more useful than I thought!
Personally I use it frequently for boiling eggs and some kind of Pomodoro method in work.
Great feedback
I used to when I was working (for lunch breaks) but now that I’m retired hardly ever. I’d also occasionally use it for parking meters but since I moved to Mexico I don’t think I’ve ever even seen a parking meter so the answer it pi hardly ever use it.
Thank you… that’s useful to know
Soft boiled eggs and pressure cooker :)))
Just got the 51mm Epix Pro…best watch I’ve ever had.
naps
Same!
for keeping track of my 15 and 30 minute breaks at work
Use it all the time but top use is for my rest periods between sets while weight training.
Same here
When I had my apple watch i frequently ran into the issue where I needed multiple timers but i mostly used it for cooking.
So id set a timer on my phone and a set time alarm on my watch
Cooking, chores (laundry especially), task management at work, reminding me to get up and move, workouts, etc. I use it more than anything else
I use it a lot more now that you can use multiple timers. Fish in the oven, potatoes being boiled, veggies being started right before the meal is ready. There could be laundry going. Various yoga poses or stretching exercises. I actually have it on my watch face lol.
Almost everyday, cooking, exercise… you name it. Is quite easier to call Siri in the watch than gettin’ my phone out of the pocket :D
