Sam Altman fired as CEO of OpenAI::Sam Altman has been fired as the CEO of OpenAI. The company says it made the change after a “deliberative review process” by the board.
I guess we know ChatGPT 5 will be able to replace a CEO but that’s a pretty low bar. We’ve been able to replace 70% of CEOs ever since we developed Magic 8 Ball technology.
They have an even better 8ball [rolled up $1000] they rely on for business “insights”. Imma go with FrankReynolds’ considerable gut in this instance
