Yes. I paid $250 for a refurbished series 7 and I think it’s been worth it because:

    - #1 reason: Sleep tracking. I keep a daily journal of all supplements/substances I take including any caffeine as well as things like exercise and at what time. The sleep tracking shows me what exactly contributes to more/less deep sleep, and there is nothing that correlates higher to my daily performance than my sleep quality, so it has given me good data to optimize for it.

    - it’s motivated me to get more cardio

    - having a digital watch helps my ADHD ass be a little better about getting out the door on time for work/school (reading an analog watch takes too long to be helpful when in a rush)

    - I check my phone less often because I don’t need to constantly check it for notifications. I get them on my Apple Watch, and I can know what’s going on without getting distracted by random shit on my phone.
