How many of you guys wear your AW 24/7? I’ve been only wearing it as a watch. Not really even working out in it since I have Whoop but I’m interested in utilizing more of the features such as HRV, V2O, etc. but I feel like I will have to wear it 24/7. I usually only wear my AW only during work.

That’s the only reason why I use it to sleep. I used to have a Garmin, and compared to that, the AWU is very discomfortable to sleep with.

Why did you switch from garmin? I would assume AW is annoying since garmin battery life was amazing

I had a Garmin for years before I got an Apple Watch. My Garmin was awesome for tracking my workouts but personally I really hated the vibration, it was super intense and felt kind of itchy. I got an Apple Watch after a solid 3 years of no smartwatch and its drastically improved my quality of life over the last two years. Apple has really put a lot of time and thought into making their products accessible to those with sensory issues (me!) and just disabilities in general!

No regrets leaving my Garmin in the dust, lol

Well, because the Garmin was 100% fitness focused, while the Apple Watch feels much more like a smartphone, it has much more features than the Garmin.

Also, I do a lot of weightlifting and there are apps like Gymaholic that makes the Apple Watch a much better companion compared to the Garmin.

It happens when you use the Sleep focus as your alarm. It also has the benefit of keeping the screen off during that time, and blocks accidental inputs when you sleep.

Take a look on YouTube; there are some tutorials on setting it up.
