I go caseless + screen protector since my first iPhone and I remember having a lot of chipped aluminum or dents on my 6S 3 to 4 months in. The 14 Pro i’ve been using for the last 14 months is literally brand new. Glass back feels much more premium, I wouldn’t go back to all aluminum tbh.
