I need any advice. My dad ordered the new Iphone 15 in September but when UPS delivered the phone, the box was empty. We ordered from Best Buy with a mobile promotion plan with AT&T. We have filed a police report, talked to AT&T, Best Buy, and Apple and no one is helping. We just want to order a replacement. Who do we go to? They all keep telling me to go to the other.
If bestbuy is where you ordered it and it was never delivered to you, they are the party you need to work with. I would call them and explain what happened, the proof you have, and ask what else they’ll need to send you another phone since it was stolen.
UPS delivered the box open and by the time we opened the box there was no phone. We’ve been on the phone with Best Buy customer service for almost 9 weeks. We’re trying to order a replacement
Tell Best Buy you’re filing a consumer complaint with your state’s attorney general. That’s the trick to getting this kind of stuff expedited.
Get the phone blacklisted and report it stolen AT&T should be able to do it if Apple or best buy give the imei or serial number
