GtaV, its ending is so completely off the rails, and has three outcomes, each different. Its going to be a hard act to follow.

Uncharted 4, a sword fight on a dead pirate’s burning and treasure filled ship

Conker’s Bad Fur Day: Final mission starts with a Matrix parody, and ends with an Alien style battle, then you become king

Just Cause 2: riding nukes disabling them to stop the bad guy, then killing him

Banjo Kazooie and DK64 were good from my memory, but probably not the best

I appreciated the final twist of Borderlands 1. The battle itself was anticlimactic but the humor of what was in the vault left an impression.
