Hello, guys. I am looking for a way to bypass Fortiguard. I have read all topic-related threads on Reddit, but solution to use vpn is not suitable for me. My windows machine unable to run any .exe files, except the list of installed software. Google chrome browser is managed by the administrator, so no any extension are allowed to install. There is an old version of FireFox (52.0), which I unable to update, but I can install extensions there. I installed some outdated versions of popular VPN extensions, but all of them were not working. Any ideas how to run VPN on such computer in order to bypass Fortiguard?

    You don’t…that’s company hardware.

If you wanna scroll memes at work and not be tracked, ya phone will suffice.

It is not only about memes. Fortuguard is adjusted in such way to block, google docs, email, e-banking, shopping, sport, art, education. For instance, any Wikipedia page can’t be opened, as fortiguard considers it as Educational category.

It sounds like you dont own the machine and are trying to get around your school or workplace’s network security. Don’t do that.

If you do own the machine, and don’t have admin credentials, you’re looking at a wipe and reinstall.

They might have Fortiguard in their home networks. You don’t and your question is about circumventing network security at your workplace.

Can you change the boot drive. Just install an OS on a usb drive and boot into that, install a vpn and browse the internet in peace.

This was your solution, if that is not an option than there is no solution.
