For me this is the crucial moment when Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2, finds out he has TB… What about you?

I’m going to share a few for you

    1. Assassin’s creed 1: When you see Damascus for the first time ever, from a distance upon the mountain tops. The music creeps in, and then goes full force, you pull the reins on your horse as you gallop your way down the meandering pathways, leading into this enormous bustling city, bursting with life! Simply a masterpiece moment. The first truly next gen game made of that era.

    2. Red dead redemption 2: I agree, when the tuberculosis reveal happens, and then you watch yourself slowly degrade. I can’t think of a single game where you’re given a diagnosis that you’re going to die and then you watch yourself die. I think it speaks volumes on how life can be short and it was done in a very realistic way in terms of how fast the disease progresses.

    3. Modern warfare 2 (Xbox 360): Just being thrown into this amazing world of multiplayer and customization and freedom and kill streaks and weapon and iconic moments on YouTube that have lived on there forever, AND IT WAS ALL TOO GOOD TO BE REAL. But alas, I lived it, and so did many others, it’s all that matters.

    4. Assassin’s creed origins: just the entire world design gave me shivers, it was like playing assassin’s creed 1 again and being lost in this beautiful rendition of Egypt, and everything had purpose.

    5. Bloodborne: The spiders.

      Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead.

I had a really hard time getting into that game, and I ended up putting it down for months. Randomly picked it up again and got to the farm, and just, what the fuck. Ended up buying all of them, eagerly waited for the last one, and the studio closes. Haven’t gotten the courage around to say goodbye and finish that shit.

Oh true say! But that was episode 4. I felt like red dead 2 told us early with lots of hours left to go.

I mean before you even play the game you can make a pretty educated guess that he’s going to die.

Thats the “redemption” part of red dead redemption. RDR1 follows the same basic formula at the root of it.

The main character is a bad person who robs and kills people for their own gain. After facing the reality and consequences of their past, they redeem themselves by sacrificing their life for someone else.

I remember getting MW2 Prestige Edition on the Saturday before the game came out, I think PS3 was given early access. I can’t even remember the name of the map now, but the big ass snow map was my first myltiplayer game and I was absolutely blown away. God damn, I wish I could relive those days.
