Im looking for games that have a city/world building element as the main focus, but also have combat in them for you to loot resources and defeat enemies. Imagine a City Skylines but with combat. Age of Empires gets close but youre limited to that specific map so when youre done, its game over, you cant keep evolving and go after more enemies

There was a browser game called Ikariam that was exacly like clash, but just like clash theres the annoying pay to win mechanic where you just cant play for X hours because theres nothing you can do while an NPC farms resources or you upgrade something. Unlimited AoE or pve Cities would be so cool

Honestly im considering even Minecraft with some mod that spawns more mobs or adds different stuff to kill in between farming/exploring
