For example:
A total stranger and I took a photo together and now that photo is going to last forever.
Does that mean we’re connected in some way by photography?
Unless you delete it of course 😆
Is this like that belief of some ancient tribe that getting your picture taken traps your soul?
Yes. Also, be careful because having your picture taken can lead to your soul being stolen.
Does that mean we’re connected in some way by photography?
Yes, and some day, when it turns out they are an axe murderer (or worse) and people Google their name, the photo with you in it will pop up, and everyone will wonder if you are what drove them to become an axe murderer… 🤣
This actually happened to me! A guy I went to high school with is in prison now for murder, and there’s a picture still floating around social media of the two of us in high school, posing goofily with his arm around my shoulders. We weren’t even really friends, just knew each other at school. But my friends love to bring that picture up, and say I was “in the arms of a murderer.” 😅
No
It really depends on the personal significance you attach to such things.
I guess in a broad way it does mean that but not in any way that is significant in and of itself. In my view.
You been watching ‘The Double Life of Veronique’?
Yeah, if they die, it kills you too.
A photography not an quantum entanglement make.
Causality is everything you don’t exist and neither does the other one so it doesn’t matter
