OK the only bad part of this trailer was the “two day shipping” attempt at humor. Fuck Amazon, they better not screw this show up.
The first half also felt like a low-budget fan film. Not a great trailer, imo.
Totally. I was about to close it cause I was convinced it was a fake at first.
That ghoul is all critical hits. Don’t make him draw the big iron.
And the yao guai munching on some power armor!
Harold Finch and Baby Billy Freeman!!
I’m trying not to get my hopes up, but it’s more difficult now.
Yea dude, I feel that, they’ll need more than some fan service to really do it right, here’s to hoping!
I’m worried they’re going to slow burn everything so much we aren’t going to get any satisfying arcs or fun action in the first season. Active production has been going on for years, though, so that’s a good sign.
Idle thoughts
There was a lot of action in this trailer, though, no?
Not that I saw. Shots seemed less in media res and more traveling/dialogue/emotional/new worldy. The yaoguai seems like a short jumpscare scene and the handsome ghoul shoots two people.
That might be the music setting me up for a yawn, even in-game that warble-crooning puts me to sleep.
please be good! Please Be Good! PLEASE BE GOOD!
Unfortunately that’s what I said prior to Fallout 4, and it’s the game that had me permanently swear off pre-ordering.
I’ve been replaying fallout 4 and really enjoying it! Survival mode makes it much more compelling and diffuses the focus away from the story which is hardly the strongest part of the game.
That said, yeah I never play a game till its been out for 6months+.
I personally liked Fallout 4. The only part that really sucked was the base building, but luckily it’s mostly optional.
I have no hopes like I had no hopes for Halo. When it comes to games it is more in the territory of prove you don’t suck as opposed to I believe you’ll be amazing.
Fallout 4 was perfectly fine
