Tie Breaker rules

With a win against Bayern:

• if Galatasaray and Coppenhagen draw United Finishes second and continues to the ro16.
• with any other result United finishes 3rd and drops down to the Europa league, and the winner of the other match finishes 2nd.

With a draw against Bayern:

• if Galatasaray and Coppenhagen draw then United finishes 4th, Coppenhagen 2nd, Galatasaray 3rd.
• If Coppenhagen wins then United and Galatasaray are level on 5 points, but Galatasaray wins the Head 2 head with a win and a draw, United finishes 4th.
• If Galatasaray wins then United and Coppenhagen are level on 5 points, but in this case, head 2 head is even at 1 win each, GD and the goals scored are equal as aggregate score is 4-4, so the next tie breaker is superior GD in all games, United is currently at -2, coppenhagen is at -1, but since it’s a draw for United and a loss for coppenhagen then at worst this also becomes a tie (Coppenhagen loses only by 1 goal, draw means United GD doesn’t change) or United finishes 3rd and goes to the EL (Coppenhagen loses by more than 1 goal). If the overall GD is equal, then the next tie breaker becomes Goals scored in all matches, here United leads 12 to 7, so United finishes 3rd unless some crazy 5-6, 6-7 score line happens in favor of Galatasaray.

With a loss against Bayern:

• United are out of Europe
