As regards Europe paying for everything, I can say with a high degree of confidence that if Ukraine could see the kind of percentage of GDP expenditure, property damage, and cost in lives and injuries that the rest of Europe is and still prosecute the war as effectively, that they would do so.
As for the insistence on fighting, if Bulgaria were invaded by a neighbor who first attempted to wholly annex Bulgaria and then annex part of the country, what would Bulgaria do?
