They’re a bit boring, but the Premier Inn isn’t exactly a pretty building. While I generally approve of building student housing, my only concern is the universities using it as an excuse to bring more students into the city rather than housing their current ones, thereby not actually reducing the pressure on accommodation in the city.

    looks like a generic london building to me, no doubt the cafe on the ground floor will either be a starbucks or charge a fiver per coffee. (or are they the same thing now?) This is just real estate investment to suck more money out of students, who are highly profitable. (yes i’m salty, sorry)
