So far the international court has not decided on the genocide case, so it’s incorrect to accuse them of genocide now.

South Africa has accused them of genocide. You’re saying South Africa, a former apartheid regime that has since been liberated, is incorrect to do so? What gives you the authority to judge them so? Obviously it isn’t because you’ve read their filings with the International Court of Justice

Exactly, nothing gives me the authority to judge it. Same applies to you. As long as final decision is not made, we cannot accuse them of genocide.

I mean any state can go there. I also can go to the local court and say that someone is a mass murderer. However, until the court does not make the final decision, the person is considered innocent.

I have read and believe South Africa’s filings. It is clear to me that Israel is choosing to carry out genocide and I will speak and act accordingly

The UN definition is public knowledge. It’s not like it’s a secret we have to wait for the clerics to decipher. What they’re doing meets the definition.

Not necessarily, proving the intention is the key to genocide accusations and it’s quite tough to prove.

Because half the ministry and the PM saying they need to clear it out and settle it isn’t proof of intent?

I doubt it is half of the government but some radicals support it. That’s, of course, awful and will make Israel’s life harder.

However, this logic cannot be 100% applied because in our parliament, we have a Nazi party and that does not equal we are a Nazi state.
