They’ll make a big show of looking into it, then grumpily admit there wasn’t technically any wrongdoing and, while they don’t support Palworld, they can’t actually stop it.
Yeah Nintendo tends to move pretty quick on these things. From what I’ve seen there’s not an obvious objection that wouldn’t also include things like Digimon.
