    So the United States defined English did they, that’s interesting, so what language did Abraham Lincoln speak prior to that?

      I might be eating the onion here but, I think the constitution went into effect like 20 years before Lincoln was born.

      Also, I’m cool with the United States defining English. We have marginally better culture than England. So I guess I’d prefer to say I speak American.

        Yes that’s the point. He spoke English before the writing of the Constitution so how can a word be part of a conspiracy from a country that didn’t exist until after his birth? If he spoke English for the first 20 years of his life, then then clearly the word parent can’t be part of this conspiracy.
