Random observation post
I’ve unfortunately been to a lot of medical centers and hospitals in the last year or two. I actually thought it a great idea to continue use of masks in those settings. I had hoped this would be the new thing to do, and it would be maintained for the foreseeable future.
As I sit here yet again in an ER, I note this is no long the case. 25% of people coming in, and zero of the staff. Sigh… Of all the settings it makes sense and probably always should have.

But then I just keep thinking of the Hospital scene in Idiocracy. And the state of our “healthcare” system, and well, it all makes sense.
They get paid, big, by the hour, and we’re still waiting.
