I like to do this too but i use my teeth for mashing food.
To each their own, I prefer to swallow whole, really make my digestive enzymes work for it
May the fittest enzymes be the ones to pass along their genetics.
You can buy the pasta already in smaller pieces, it saves a lot of time. I think it’s called spaghetti or something like that.
