    Very well deserved. Scott D’Amore has done a damn good job booking the show over the last year+.

    And I know Lance Storm can be annoying as hell…but there’s a lot of truth to the whole ‘Knockouts division is booked well’ thing. The first hour of last nights show had two women’s matches (one went just under twenty minutes) with one of those matches being my match of the night (Gisele Shaw vs. Masha Slamovich).

    Do you think this is due to improvements in Impact in particular? Changes in the industry landscape as a whole? Something else?

      Personally, I think it’s a bit of both. Scott D’Amore’s booking has been solid; and of course, a rising tide lifts all ships (in reference to the industry’s recent boom).

      Some Impact fans don’t like hearing this but Kenny Omega’s run also helped put eyes on the product. He was the only reason I started watching.
