Same shit, different day. Its a lot of playing tf2 and browsing EH till I pass out in the early morning hours (5-7am) to wake up at 2pm and do it all over again. I need to find a night job lmao!
Try to go to bed not later than midnight. Try I at least for one night. You would feel much better in the morning. Also after you get out of the do some physical exercises (pull ups, push ups, sit ups, plank, etc.) or stretches.
