It was funded by an office furniture company. It’s 100% propaganda, and pretty ridiculous that it even got any amount of traction.
It feels like any WFH behaviours that would cause this also apply to working in an office…
We all know sitting in a car for 2 hours a day commuting to sit at a desk for 8 hours straight fueled by fast food produces the best bodies in the world. I know I certainly have had a major health decline over these last years as I spend that commuting time in the gym and take more breaks during the day to walk around.
This is better labeled as a “weekend morning when working at the office.”
