Canada it’s the only country that wasn’t shit before it got oil. USA wouldn’t be too bad either and would be worse without oil.

That says nothing of oil just those countries and where they are in the world. Countries next to them without oil are just as bad.

My country did have oil and it got us out of stagnation, we just didn’t have enough of it and miss used it.

Norway has huge oil per capita and it’s doing great. But it wasn’t a shithole before it had oil either.
