Butter is completely unnecessary and undesirable for cheese on toast. If your toast needs extra grease then you’ve not applied enough cheese.
(Might go for Jesus next time, or battenburg is it cake style).

Yeah, you’re probably right about the butter. Additional cheese could do the job better.
I’d mark you 8/10 for a battenburg and 10/10 for a Cheesus Christ :)
