What part of my comment makes you think I would hide in bushes? Do you not think living in constant fear of the opposite gender is a serious issue that should be treated by professionals?
The trouble here is “living in constant fear of the opposite gender” and “needing safe spaces” are two concepts that have nothing to do with this art display/performance piece.

The article explicitly says that the ladies lounge is only off limits to people who don’t identify as female. Trans women are allowed in.
I read through the ABC article on this yesterday, and I’m pretty sure it said that people who identify as women are also welcome in the installation.
If a woman needs a space devoid of men to feel safe they need psychiatric care, not a club.
Is that what you tell the police when they remove you from the bushes?
