Apparently Youtube user “two dollars twenty” was the one who made the city in the trailer. He posted a video describing his thoughts on actually playing the game, which was a really good watch for something concrete.

Man I must’ve spent so much on CS buying expansion packs and what not. Back to square one. But I’m not unhappy. The new game looks amazing!
@tunetardis At least it looks like there’s quite a lot from previous DLCs included already. Trams, seasons (not in Skylines 1 but the Snowfall dlc added snow)… Not sure what else… :) It actually seems pretty solid when it comes to the feature set
