    I read a story about Trump’s childhood.

"In elementary school, Donny impressed classmates with his athleticism, shenanigans and refusal to acknowledge mistakes, even one so trivial as misidentifying a popular professional wrestler. No matter his pals’ ridicule, one recalled, he doubled down, insisting wrestler Antonino Rocca’s name was “Rocky Antonino.”

At the military academy where he attended high school, Donny grew taller, more muscular and tougher. Struck with a broomstick during a fight, he tried to push a fellow cadet out a second-floor window, only to be thwarted when two other students intervened."

He was never not the narcissist he is. If a time traveler came to kill anyone, he would have always have assumed it was for him. Narcissists are always the center of their own universe.

So he has always been on his toes, expecting assassination. There for all attempts by time travelers have failed. This has caused his time line to become locked as any more attempts could cause a complete breakdown of time itself.

His unique stance is actually the optimal position to be in to defend against a sudden future martial arts attacks. He had to instantly teach it to himself during the first attempt, since no one has even seen these types of attacks yet, but he did it, and survived. They say no one else could have done it but him.

Yeah, my first thought at seeing the headline was “no narcissist would ever assume time traveler assassins were out to get anyone but them.”

He was always a scumbag. He screwed over so many people during his lifetime. It’s a wonder this piece of shit is still alive.

I for one appreciate the fact that he is an electromagnet physically reconfigured to draw in the stupid and psychopathic. It really is convenient they even have a dunce cap that is associated with these vices.

Here is a positive spin, maybe unpopular opinion, and maybe devil’s advocate: It goes to show that the world is overall better than him.

He is utilizing that people take the high road on his shenanigans. While that is a bad karma move for him alone to do this continuously, it shows that the majority of people actually interacting with him take the high road. They are able to see through his shit and determine that they’re better off themselves by leaving him to his own even if it comes at a cost. He’s basically the worlds richest poor man. You didn’t want to involve yourself with a homeless drug addict anymore than you want to be involved with Trump. Keep it at a sticks length. People will rather not chase a sunken cost. It’s easier and better to let go.

Trump is close to his death by age. I can wait it out, and I am thankful for him showing his strategy so blatantly that nobody else will ever be able to do the same again. Trump is a prime example, but not an example to follow. I don’t appreciate him living and I will gladly read his obituary, but I also do think that wanting him dead is … wrong.

Not because it makes much difference to him, but because it makes a difference to me. I’ll rather accept the existence of bad people than to be one myself.

The problem is if you don’t see karma as individual and cosmic then it’s just the fact that the more you piss in the pool the more urine you’re in. By behaving poorly he encourages others to do so and makes the world worse not just for himself and his followers but for everyone.

I respect your position and you’re who I’d rather have around but I also can acknowledge the damage of an evil jackass teaching others to hurt people for personal gain and to avoid acknowledging their own deficiencies.

Agreed about personal karma, though I got it more from a Buddhist standpoint if I understood it. Basically cause and effect, you keep doing things that make trouble or harm by not being mindful of the actions you take them it causes you more suffering, one way or another. Trump wallows in his self constructed world view and is most likely a miserable person, if he thought of others (hah for someone as narcassicitic as himself) he’d probably have a much more fulfilling life. Too bad he’s pretty much a broken person in that regard.

The most unrealistic thing here is that Drumf would be able to best a future assassin

Killing him would not change anything. If Trump was dead we would have had a different Trump (DeSantis for example).

I’m not so sure someone would have replaced him. If Trump hadn’t landed that TV show, I think his empire would have collapsed. Trump very narrowly beat Hillary. There’s a good chance she would have won against anyone else. The Supreme Court would be left leaning. 4 years of the Trump nightmare would have gone at least slightly the opposite direction. The world would look a lot different today.

A few decades of Fox and the conservative agenda definitely have had their consequences, but the way everything landed seems like an unlikely distracted scenario.

So, what I’m saying is…I hate The Apprentice.

If not for Trump it’s more probable that Hillary would have lost with a bigger margin.

I think Trump is much more connected with Russia. Is much more brazen, because he’s so incredibly stupid. Those two things have pushed us to where we are very quickly. Desantis is an evil piece of shit too, but he would have tested the waters a bit before each shitty act.

Also, I don’t think he would have beat Hillary. I think Trump a big part of why he won, was because of the novelty. It was a joke at the time. It grew into something awful, but I doubt it was the plan at the time.

In so many words, I said that we wouldn’t have another Trump if Trump died, that we’d have to deal with DeSantis, inferring that they’re separate people (additionally that DeSantis would be easier to deal with)…sounds like I should’ve spelled it out so it’s easier to understand

Edit- the short, sarcastic version is down voted while the explained version is upvoted 🤷‍♂️
