Fungus, tea tree oil or OTC anti fungal should do it.
If you have a little Vic’s vaporub (menthol) or try rubbing lemon juice on it (acidic) and let it sit.
Find a little tea tree oil and rub it on that spot. You have a little fungus there. Should clear up by the end of the day.
I always use the default settings and use the telephoto camera un-zoomed. It’s always excellent and sound is surprisingly good as well. This is merely a photo example, btw. No specific settings. I look forward to others sharing their settings. (This is from my 14PM).
Pitaka carbon fiber band. Three years going strong, never one rash.

Especially when you can simply swipe left as an action and go to the camera. Users should be able to edit/remove those buttons in the Lock Screen editor like a widget in the Wallpaper options settings menu.

My wife is rocking the 12 Pro like a champ, I see no immediate reason for concern with your approach aside from the 13 seeming underpowered from day 1.
I upgraded to the 14 on launch day due to some of the heat/performance issues the 14 hardware solved almost immediately over the 13 Pro. I must also add the 14 camera to quality was far superior to the 13 Pro.
My 2¢.
